• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products.
• Provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
• Conduct virtual, customer-facing roles using state‑of‑the‑art video communication software and document interactions accurately.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and an active PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) written & spoken communication skills.
• Passionate about helping clients and committed to delivering excellent customer service via video and audio tools.
• Excellent customer service skills and confidence in professional interactions.

• Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Competitive compensation package with pay for performance rewards. Base pay ranges vary by location:
Bay Area California $28.80‑$36.50, Southern California $28.80‑$36.50, Colorado $27.50‑$34.80, Hawaii $28.80‑$36.50, Illinois $27.50‑$34.80, Maryland $27.50‑$34.80, Massachusetts $28.80‑$36.50, Minnesota $24.80‑$30.30, New Jersey $28.80‑$36.50, New York $28.80‑$36.50, Ohio $24.80‑$30.30, Vermont $27.50‑$34.80, Washington $28.80‑$36.50, Washington DC $28.80‑$36.50. The position is eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits per Intuit's plans and programs.
