• Source your own leads and build a strong network of potential clients.
• Engage with clients across channels; perform high-volume outbound outreach to generate opportunities.
• Work with a supportive team to close deals, often outside typical 9-to-5 hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
• Represent a portfolio of 50+ lenders, banks, and investors to close more loans.

• Charismatic, outgoing, with a large sphere of influence.
• Natural-born relationship builders and lead-generating machines.
• Ability to source leads and convert them into closed loans; coachable and driven.
• Willingness to make 30–100 calls per day and participate in additional outreach as needed.
• Comfort with remote work and non-traditional hours, including after-hours availability.
