Overview

Responsibilities- Source your own leads and build a network of clients
- Make high-volume outreach, with targets such as 15, 30, 40, or 100 calls per day as needed
- Attend and engage in open houses as part of lead generation
- Work beyond standard banking hours (after 5 pm) to drive performance
- Collaborate with a team that provides support to close leads and drive results
- Charismatic, outgoing, with a large sphere of influence
- Natural-born relationship builders and lead-generating machines
- Ability to start conversations and connect with people in diverse settings
- Coachable mindset and drive to achieve mortgage industry success
