Overview

Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA, EA, or Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products, providing tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver the correct answer to customers in everyday language.
• Work virtually, interacting with customers via Intuit’s video communication software and documenting interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Have a minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns with commercial tax preparation software.
• Hold an active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or practicing attorney, and possess an active PTIN.
• Are bilingual in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation and committed to enhancing the Intuit brand by delighting customers.
• Have excellent customer service skills and enjoy interacting with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

• Must have or be willing to obtain an internet connection that meets Intuit security criteria.
• Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Base pay (per hour) varies by location:

• Bay Area, California: $28.80 – $36.50
• Southern California: $28.80 – $36.50
• Colorado: $27.50 – $34.80
• Hawaii: $28.80 – $36.50
• Illinois: $27.50 – $34.80
• Maryland: $27.50 – $34.80
• Massachusetts: $28.80 – $36.50
• Minnesota: $24.80 – $30.30
• New Jersey: $28.80 – $36.50
• New York: $28.80 – $36.50
• Ohio: $24.80 – $30.30
• Vermont: $27.50 – $34.80
• Washington: $28.80 – $36.50
• Washington D.C.: $28.80 – $36.50

This position is eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and other benefits in accordance with Intuit’s applicable plans and programs. Pay is based on factors such as job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
