OverviewWe are looking for charismatic, outgoing hustlers who are natural-born relationship builders and lead-generating machines. Our team supports you as you close leads—7 days a week, including nights and weekends.
Responsibilities- Source your own leads and build a strong network to drive mortgage opportunities
- Make a high volume of outbound calls as needed (examples include 15, 30, 40, or 100 calls per day)
- Attend open houses and engage with potential clients to convert leads into loans
- Work beyond typical hours to maximize performance and close loans
- Collaborate with a team that has experience and knowledge to help you close deals
- Represent a broad portfolio of loan products from 50+ lenders, banks, and investors
Our Loan Officers grind beyond banking hours and often work after 5 pm. This role emphasizes performance and earning potential in a sales environment. If you are looking for a role with sky-high earning potential, this is a fit.
