This is a full-time hybrid role for a Joint Venture Loan Officer, based in Grand Rapids, MI, with flexibility for some work-from-home commitments. The Loan Officer will oversee loan origination, assist customers in navigating financing options, and provide exceptional loan counseling services. Responsibilities also include underwriting assistance, maintaining compliance with federal lending guidelines, and building long-term relationships with clients to ensure trust and satisfaction.

• Strong expertise in Loan Origination and Loan Officer practices.
• Comprehensive understanding of Finance and Underwriting principles.
• Proven abilities in delivering outstanding Customer Service and guiding clients throughout the borrowing process.
• Familiarity with federal and state lending guidelines is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Licensing as a Loan Originator (per NMLS requirements) or willingness to obtain certification.
