• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products with sound professional judgment and timely service.
• Provide tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.
• Maintain sensitive customer, confidential, and proprietary business information responsibly.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers in everyday language.
• Use state‑of‑the‑art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions, ensuring reliable and safe records.
• Interact professionally with customers and team members while upholding Intuit’s operating values, including integrity without compromise.

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• A passion for helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation and a commitment to enhancing the Intuit brand through exceptional customer service.
• Excellent customer‑service skills and excitement for interacting with customers via video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

• Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) and ability to obtain any related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Intuit offers a competitive pay‑for‑performance rewards approach with base pay ranges by location. This part‑time, 20+ hour per week role is eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits per Intuit plans.
