I’m deep in the trenches: running pipelines, snagging leads, building relationships, and coaching. I teach how to fish, not just give the fish. And now, I need a back-end WARRIOR.

Your mission? When that app hits, you’re the go-to for structuring, teaching, and supporting, especially for our 6 NEW LOs from the last 30 days – they need a guru like YOU. I’m grinding 7 days a week, 12-15 hours a day. If you’re not scared of hard work and have the skills, let’s TALK. This is a remote position.

• Structure and support loan files; lead and mentor a team of loan officers.
• Run pipelines, snag leads, build relationships, and coach other loan officers.
• Teach file structuring and best practices to junior LOs.
• Serve as a back-end resource for the team, especially for newer LOs (e.g., the last 30 days).

• Experience as a Loan Officer with knowledge of Conventional, Government, and Non-QM loans.
• DU/LP fluency.
• Strong knowledge of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines.
• Proven leadership and a strong work ethic.
