Overview
Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!

Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products. Provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries to advance our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”
- Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek and deliver the right answer to customers in everyday language.
- Virtual, customer-facing role: use state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
- Minimum 2 years paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns using commercial tax preparation software.
- Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws; active PTIN.
- Bilingual English/Spanish written & spoken communication skills.
- Passionate about helping clients navigate complex taxation and committed to enhancing brand by delighting customers and empowering them to prepare taxes.
- Excellent customer service skills; excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
- Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
- Minimum 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Base pay range varies by location. Example:
Bay Area California $28.80 - $36.50 per hour. (Full list omitted for brevity.)
