Position
ATTENTION EXPERIENCED LOAN OFFICERS! It’s Opportunity Time! If you are a loan officer who thrives on mortgages, read on. We need an experienced loan officer with real skills.
Qualifications- Processor experience is a plus but not required.
- Master of Conv, Gov, and Non‑QM.
- Fluency in DU/LP.
- Deep knowledge of Fannie/Freddie.
- Winning attitude – no losers allowed.
- Leadership ability to build and lead a team.
- Relentless work ethic – hustle hard.
- Proficiency in file structuring and training.
- Act as the go‑to for structuring, teaching, and supporting new loan officers when applications hit.
- Support and coach the 6 new loan officers hired in the last 30 days.
- Assist in building pipelines, snagging leads, and cultivating relationships.
- Lead training sessions on file structuring and best practices.
