Experienced Mortgage Loan Officer

ATTENTION EXPERIENCED LOAN OFFICERS! It’s Opportunity Time. We’re seeking an Experienced Loan Officer with real skills in Conforming, Government, and Non-QM loans. DU/LP proficiency required. Familiarity with Fannie/Freddie products is ideal. This is a remote position.

We’re building a high-performing team led by Niko Kramer, who has 18 Loan Officers under his wing. You will be a back-end warrior who structures, teaches, and supports our loan officers, including 6 new LOs from the last 30 days.

• Structure loan files and guide less-experienced LOs on best practices
• Lead and mentor a growing team of Loan Officers
• Manage pipelines, cultivate leads, and build relationships
• Coach others on file structuring and processes
• Support rapid onboarding and knowledge transfer for new LOs
• Collaborate with leadership to optimize workflows and outcomes

• Experience as a Loan Officer with mastery of Conforming, Government, and Non-QM loans
• DU/LP fluency
• Strong knowledge of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines
• Proven leadership or mentoring experience desired
• Excellent work ethic and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
