• DU/LP fluent
• Know Fannie/Freddie like the back of your hand
• Strong leadership potential and willingness to build and lead a team
• Relentless work ethic; capable of high-volume, high-quality execution
• Willingness to teach file structuring and coach others

I’m deep in the trenches: running pipelines, snagging leads, building relationships, and coaching. I teach how to fish, not just give the fish. And now, I need a back-end WARRIOR.

Your mission? When that app hits, you’re the go-to for structuring, teaching, and supporting—especially for our 6 NEW LOs from the last 30 days who need a guru like YOU.

I’m grinding 7 days a week, 12-15 hours a day. I don’t just talk the talk; I walk the WALK. If you’re not scared of hard work and have the skills, let’s TALK.

This is a remote position.

• Run pipelines, snag leads, build relationships, and coach
• Be the go-to for structuring, teaching, and supporting loan officers

• Experienced Loan Officer
• Master of Conv, Gov, and Non-QM experience
• DU/LP fluency
• Strong knowledge of Fannie/Freddie guidelines
• Leadership mindset and willingness to build and lead a team
• Relentless work ethic and ability to thrive in a high-volume environment
• Ability to teach file structuring
