If you can start a conversation anywhere and you have a vast network and a coachable mindset, you’ll be a great fit.

• Source your own leads and build a pipeline, with a focus on lead generation and relationship-building.
• Make a high volume of outreach efforts (examples referenced: 15, 30, 40, or 100 calls per day; attending open houses to meet potential clients).
• Work beyond traditional hours when needed, including evenings and weekends, to close loans.
• Collaborate with a team that provides support to help close deals, 7 days a week, including nights and weekends.
• Leverage access to a large lender/investor network to offer a broad portfolio of loan products and maximize earning potential.
• Stay aligned with company goals and demonstrate grit and tenacity in the mortgage game.
