Overview

Mortgage Loan Officer role at Satori Mortgage (NMLS: 4190). Remote position.

• Source your own leads and build a network to drive business.
• Engage with prospects and communities to generate opportunities.
• Make a high volume of outbound calls (examples given: 15, 30, 40, 100 calls per day).
• Visit open houses as part of lead generation (examples given: 5, 10, 25, 50 per weekend).
• Work beyond standard hours (after 5 pm, including nights and weekends) to close deals.
• Collaborate with a team that provides support to close leads—7 days a week.

We are a high-energy team with a focus on growth. The company represents 50+ lenders, banks, and investors, offering a large portfolio of loan products and potential earning opportunities with no income caps.

• Proven drive to source and convert leads, with coachable mindset.
• Strong work ethic and perseverance in a fast-paced mortgage environment.

This is a remote position. Currently in La Grande, OR area opportunities.
