Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer – Purchase Specialist, based in Cuyahoga Falls, OH, with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves managing and originating mortgage loans, reviewing and evaluating loan applications, assisting clients through the mortgage lending process, and maintaining compliance with local regulations. The candidate will build and maintain strong client relationships, provide exceptional customer service, and collaborate with underwriting teams to ensure smooth loan processing.

Qualifications

• One year experience
• As a Loan Officer with knowledge of the Mortgage Industry and Mortgage Lending practices preferred
• Proficiency in Underwriting processes and ensuring compliance with mortgage regulations
• Excellent Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Active NMLS license and knowledge of local market conditions preferred
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
