In this role, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products. By providing tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries, you will be working toward advancing our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”

• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
• This is a virtual, customer‑facing role; you will use our state‑of‑the‑art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation, and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
• Excellent customer service skills; excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

• Reliable internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong Pay For Performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position varies by location:

• Bay Area California: $28.80 – $36.50/hr
• Southern California: $28.80 – $36.50/hr
• Colorado: $27.50 – $34.80/hr
• Hawaii: $28.80 – $36.50/hr
• Illinois: $27.50 – $34.80/hr
• Maryland: $27.50 – $34.80/hr
• Massachusetts: $28.80 – $36.50/hr
• Minnesota: $24.80 – $30.30/hr
• New Jersey: $28.80 – $36.50/hr
• New York: $28.80 – $36.50/hr
• Ohio: $24.80 – $30.30/hr
• Vermont: $27.50 – $34.80/hr
• Washington: $28.80 – $36.50/hr
• Washington DC: $28.80 – $36.50/hr
