ATTENTION EXPERIENCED LOAN OFFICERS! It’s Opportunity Time! Are you the kind of Loan Officer who EATS, SLEEPS, and BREATHES mortgages? If that’s you, keep reading because we’re looking for someone with real skills.
We need an Experienced Loan Officer with STRONG EXPERIENCE in mortgage processes and file management. Requirements include fluency with DU/LP, knowledge of Fannie/Freddie guidelines, and the ability to lead and coach a team. A Processor is helpful but not required. You should have mastery of Conversions, Government, and Non-QM loans and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. A winning attitude and willingness to work hard are essential.
Your mission? When applications hit, you’re the go-to for structuring, teaching, and supporting. You’ll especially mentor the 6 new Loan Officers who joined in the last 30 days.
This is a remote position. Expect a demanding, high-activity environment and a strong work ethic.
