- Oversee, prepare, and maintain various state lender, collection, and broker license renewals
- Handle renewals, licensing items, and new license applications in current and future states
- Manage all NMLS online system matters related to licensing and registration
- Prepare and file regulatory reports, including the Mortgage Call Report (MCR) and Mortgage Bankers’ Financial Reporting Form (MBFRF)
- Maintain and update licensing procedural manuals, job aids, and tools
- Five (5) or more years of recent licensing experience in the mortgage industry
- Experience using the NMLS system for licensing in the mortgage industry
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously and prioritize workload
Strong communication skills with internal and external customers and management
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and integrity in handling confidential information How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)- Familiarity with state regulatory requirements and compliance processes
- Experience with ad-hoc licensing projects
- Proven track record of successfully managing licensing and regulatory filings
