Seasonal Bilingual Credentialed Tax Professional - Remote

Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products by providing tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver the right answer to customers in everyday language.
• Use state‑of‑the‑art video communication software for a virtual, customer‑facing role and document interactions accurately.

• Minimum of 2 years paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws, plus an active PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) written & spoken communication skills.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation and committed to enhancing brand by delighting customers.
• Excellent customer service skills and comfortable interacting via video/audio tools in a professional manner.

• Internet connection that meets Intuit security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week across three or more days.

Competitive base pay ranges by location (example: Bay Area California $28.80–$36.50 per hour). Eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits per Intuit plans.
