Loan Partner; Licensed, Bilingual - English​/Spanish

We’re looking for an experienced Loan Partner who will meet with buyers, prequalify and convert them to work with us, structure loans with care and precision, and help clients get mortgage-ready, all without having to leave the office to find and bring in more clients.

This Loan Partner will focus on meeting with clients applying for a loan, reviewing income, credit, and using their mortgage skills to structure loans, convert and retain clients. Delivering an outstanding client experience is a must in this role. Our ideal applicant is experienced in qualifying clients and structuring loans. They are a hardworking, detail-oriented team player who ensures that every borrower feels cared for and confident through each step of the process.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a must, as many clients are Spanish-speaking and appreciate clear, personal guidance.

• Full-time, salaried position
• Competitive base salary ($55,000.00-$75,000.00)
• Monday–Friday, standard business hours (Eastern Time)
