Summary
The Equipment Finance Sales Coordinator supports transaction processing, monitoring origination activity, and sales enablement duties. Responsible for the documentation requirements of equipment lease and loan transactions and works independently with clients and internal departments to ensure accurate, timely completion of transactions while protecting the company’s interests.
- Enter transaction data into the designated front‑end system and review transaction details before documentation, including customer legal name, organization structure, equipment cost, description, location, pricing, tax, and internal parameters.
- Ensure ownership or security interest in equipment is perfected by filing UCCs and/or reviewing searches, releases, subordinations, and necessary recordings.
- Prepare accurate transaction documentation packages tailored to each approved request and coordinate internal departments to resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor documentation throughout the process for compliance and adherence to company policy; coordinate approval modifications when transaction structure or pricing changes.
- Apply understanding of product, pricing, and documentation structures; identify core contractual issues and propose solutions while maintaining credit, legal, compliance, and company policy.
- Identify items needed for transaction funding and, when appropriate, follow up with clients for documentation return or other conditions.
- Maintain key departmental performance metrics and service level agreements.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree or 2+ additional years in equipment finance.
- 2+ years of contract experience or related business experience.
- Experience in equipment finance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a deadline‑driven, fast‑paced environment.
- Customer‑focused solution delivery.
- Demonstrated analytical problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Sound, responsible decision making in a timely manner.
- Strong PC skills, including Excel.
- Previous leasing, financial or lending services experience.
- CRM system knowledge.
- Working knowledge of UCC/Lien requirements.
- Track record in process optimization and improvement.

Office – Certain positions outside the branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement combining in‑office and remote work.
Compensation Range
$21.00 – $39.42 Hourly. Actual compensation may vary based on location, experience, and performance. Eligible for incentive compensation and benefits including health insurance, wellness programs, life and disability insurance, retirement plan, paid leave, holidays, and PTO.
