• Direct financial planning and profitability efforts, including forecasts, decision support, and productivity
• Provide monthly narrative and market-level communications surrounding month-end close
• Maintain open communication with the ACFO regarding project and analytical requests
• Analyze, interpret, and communicate financial reports and data to the ACFO and Market President
• Support and provide analytic input into initiative tracking within the rolling forecast

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field;
  Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare finance preferred
• Provider and/or outpatient clinic experience strongly desired
• Prior experience with Allscripts EPSi or similar enterprise budget systems required
• Working knowledge of financial database systems and analytical tools to support clinical operations required

• Experience in a leadership role within healthcare finance
• Familiarity with financial reporting and compliance standards in the healthcare industry
• Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of financial decision support
