Candidates should have at least one of the qualifications below:
- A bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent work-related experience in securities/financial services
- Financial services and/or sales experience
- Financial services registration, licensing, or certification
- Professional and/or military career progression
- SIE (can be obtained without firm sponsorship);
Series 7 and Series 66 required; if not currently registered, registrations may be obtained at Edward Jones during the paid study period - FINRA registrations required within three months; state insurance licenses required
- As an associate, you must complete ongoing training offered by the firm and regulatory authorities (FINRA and SEC) as well as required CE training to keep licenses in good standing

- Compensation program for new financial advisors includes trainee pay, a supplemental salary for up to five years, commissions, and compensation for new assets gathered in the first five years
