In this role, you will help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products. By providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries, you will advance our goal of "Powering Prosperity Around the World."

• You will utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
• You will use our state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum two years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with extensive tax law knowledge and an active PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
• Passion for helping clients navigate tax complexities and commitment to enhancing our brand by delighting customers.
• Excellent customer service skills and enthusiasm for interacting with customers via video and audio tools.

• Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria (or willingness to obtain one).
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
