We’re seeking charismatic, outgoing hustlers with large networks who are natural-born relationship builders and lead-generating machines. You should be comfortable sourcing your own leads and driving conversations to close loans. You’re willing to work after hours as needed.

• Source and develop own leads; manage a high-volume outreach program.
• Engage with prospects across channels and set meetings with qualified borrowers.
• Work to close mortgage loans with support from the team, including after-hours availability (nights, weekends).
• Represent the company with a client-centric approach and build a strong, lasting referral network.

• Proven ability to generate and convert leads in a mortgage environment.
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Coachable mindset and drive to exceed goals.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours to close deals.
