Seasonal Credentialed Bilingual Tax Advisor - CPA - Remote

Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you!

In this role, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products. By providing tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries, you will be working toward advancing our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”

• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to customers using everyday language.
• Use state‑of‑the‑art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws, plus an active PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities and committed to enhancing our brand through exceptional customer service.
• Excellent customer service skills, confident and professional in video and audio tools.

• Internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay‑for‑performance rewards approach. Expected base pay ranges by location are listed below (partial list):

• Bay Area, California: $28.80 - $36.50 /hr
• Southern California: $28.80 - $36.50 /hr
• Colorado: $27.50 - $34.80 /hr
• Hawaii: $28.80 - $36.50 /hr
• Illinois: $27.50 - $34.80 /hr
• Maryland: $27.50 - $34.80 /hr
• Massachusetts: $28.80 - $36.50 /hr
