We are looking for an unstoppable, high‑energy lead‑generating machine—an outgoing hustler with a massive sphere of influence and natural relationship‑building skills. Your success hinges on sourcing your own leads, not relying on inbound marketing.

• Do whatever it takes to smash your goals, demonstrating knowledge of the mortgage market and grit to persevere.
• If 15 calls a day are insufficient, be prepared to dial 30, 40, or even 100 calls.
• Visit open houses or prospect locations with a high volume—10, 25, or 50 if needed.
• Work beyond traditional banking hours, picking up the phone after 5 pm; this isn’t a 9‑to‑5 position—performance drives earning potential.
• Leverage our full support system available 7 days a week, nights, and weekends to close leads and dominate the market.

• Charismatic and outgoing with a natural‑born relationship‑building ability.
• Coachable and driven to connect; thrives in a high‑energy, high‑performance culture.
• History of lead generation and sales success in a competitive marketplace.
• Prepared to source leads independently and maintain a high call volume.

This is a fully remote role. You can close deals and work with our team from anywhere.
