Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!

• Work 100% remotely, collaborating with an exceptional team from the comfort of your home or office.

• You will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products.
• Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers in everyday language.
• Interact with customers via video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with extensive tax law knowledge and active PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities and committed to enhancing the brand.
• Excellent customer service skills, comfortable interacting through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

• Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
