Retirement Plan Specialist-Financial Counselor; Remote

• Salary up to $60,750 per year

• Provide general product information and support to customers via phone and email
• Meet production goals outlined in the training program, including client appointments and new accounts
• Educate customers on retirement product options and assist with account rollovers
• Document customer interactions in Salesforce and other CRM systems
• Provide operational support to the Advice Center sales team

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
• One year of experience in the financial services industry
• Basic knowledge of financial products
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to obtain necessary licenses (FINRA Series 6 or 7, and 63)

• Life license or willingness to obtain within 60 days
• Familiarity with CRM systems like  and digital financial advice platforms
