• Conduct tax interviews with clients and support self-serve online tax clients through virtual tools (video conferencing, phone, chat, email).
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
• Collaborate with leaders and peers to communicate how remote work impacts results.
• Grow your tax expertise over time.

• Conduct tax interviews with clients and support do-it-yourself online tax clients via virtual tools.
• Ability to generate business growth and improve client retention; offer additional products and services.
• Access to high-speed, reliable internet.
• Experience with technology (MS Teams and Outlook) and effective customer service techniques.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to communicate complex tax situations clearly by phone, email, and chat.
• Experience completing individual tax returns; experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Tax knowledge assessment completion (or equivalent) and a high school diploma or higher.
• Must complete continuing education and meet IRS and applicable state requirements; availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week during peak tax season.
• Skill in researching information using tax publications and instructions.

• Experience in tax preparation and client service roles.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for remote work.
