Financial Relationship Banker - Broadview Hts, OH

Our branch banking roles offer a welcoming and inclusive team environment. As a Financial Relationship Banker, you will help customers achieve their financial goals by retaining and growing consumer and business relationships. You are responsible for proactively identifying financial goals and recommending appropriate deposit, loan, and other banking products and services.

• Providing excellent customer service and effectively resolving customer issues
• Proactively identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships through scheduled appointments, Centers of Influence, a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up program, and sourcing referrals from customers, bank colleagues and partners
• Educating and referring customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build internal partnerships
• Educating customers on how to optimize use of bank technology (online, mobile, and ATM banking)
• Maintaining knowledge of all products, services, technology, and policies
• Adhering to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or GED plus minimum 1 year of customer service and sales in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales, business-to-business sales, or military experience in an administrative, contracting, or civil affairs role
• Bachelor's Degree and at least 1 year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, or retail/B2B sales (preferred)
• Ability to build, deepen, and retain relationships
• Demonstrated acumen in banking, sales, investments, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, customer service, and presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfort with technology such as mobile and online banking services
• Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products

Not exempt (eligible for overtime pay)
