Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Loan Officer located in Kissimmee, FL, with work-from-home flexibility. The Loan Officer will be responsible for originating and processing loan applications, advising clients on suitable loan options, and managing the loan application process through to approval. The role also includes conducting credit and financial analyses, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, and maintaining customer relationships through excellent service.

Qualifications

• Experience in loan origination, processing, and closing
• Strong knowledge of various loan products, including Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and Jumbo
• Ability to perform credit and financial analyses
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., loan origination systems)
• Knowledge of all applicable regulatory requirements and compliance standards
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in the mortgage industry is a must
