ATTENTION EXPERIENCED LOAN OFFICERS! It’s Opportunity Time. Are you the kind of Loan Officer who EATS, SLEEPS, and BREATHES mortgages? We need an Experienced Loan Officer with REAL SKILLS. This is a remote position.

I’m in the trenches: running pipelines, snagging leads, building relationships, and coaching. I teach how to fish, not just give the fish. Now I need a back-end WARRIOR to support a growing team, especially for our 6 NEW LOs from the last 30 days.

Your mission is to be the go-to for structuring, teaching, and supporting. If you’re ready to work hard and lead, read on.

Think you can handle it? This is a remote position.

• Structure and optimize loan processing workflows and file organization.
• Lead, coach, and support the back-end team, including 6 new loan officers.
• Run pipelines, manage leads, and build relationships to drive closing results.
• Teach file structuring and best practices to junior staff and peers.
• Provide guidance on credit, underwriting, and loan product eligibility (as relevant to your role).

• Experienced Loan Officer with mastery of Conventional, Government, and Non-QM loan programs.
• DU/LP fluent and strong working knowledge of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines.
• Proven leadership abilities and willingness to build and lead a team.
• Relentless work ethic and ability to work 12-15 hours daily, 7 days a week if needed.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills; able to educate others effectively.
