In this role, you will help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products by providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries, working toward advancing our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”

• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers to customers using everyday language.
• Act as a virtual, customer-facing agent, using state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum of 2 years paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws, and a valid PTIN.
• Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) written and spoken.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers.
• Excellent customer service skills and professional, friendly, confident use of video and audio tools.

• Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability for a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance rewards approach. Expected base pay ranges vary by location:

• Bay Area, California: $28.80 - $36.50/hr
• Southern California: $28.80 - $36.50/hr
• Colorado: $27.50 - $34.80/hr
• Hawaii: $28.80 - $36.50/hr
• Illinois: $27.50 - $34.80/hr
• Maryland: $27.50 - $34.80/hr
• Massachusetts: $28.80 - $36.50/hr
• Minnesota: $24.80 - $30.30/hr
• New Jersey: $28.80 - $36.50/hr
• New York: $28.80 - $36.50/hr
• Ohio: $24.80 - $30.30/hr
• Vermont: $27.50 - $34.80/hr
• Washington: $28.80 - $36.50/hr
• Washington DC: $28.80 - $36.50/hr

Additionally, the position is eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits.
