• Source your own leads and close loans with support from a team that provides coverage seven days a week, including nights and weekends.
• Meet and exceed goals with a strong mortgage knowledge base and tenacity to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Dial 30, 40, or 100+ calls per day as needed and participate in activities such as open houses to generate opportunities.
• Operate beyond traditional banking hours, including after 5 pm, to maximize performance and earning potential.

• Notable networkers who can start conversations anywhere and are comfortable in high-energy, results-driven settings.
• A coachable mindset, resilience, and a willingness to put in time and effort to close loans.

Our team provides total support to help you close leads, offering guidance and shared expertise. We rep 50+ lenders, banks, and investors to maximize your portfolio of loan products and increase closing opportunities.
