What You'll Do
Analyze financing options for Core Weave’s infrastructure growth, build and maintain financial models, support transaction execution, and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
AboutThe Role
The Strategic Financing Analyst will work with the executive team to evaluate and execute financing solutions (debt, equity, leasing, structured capital) to support data center expansion and AI compute deployments. Ideal candidates have experience in investment banking, private equity, asset management, or private credit.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, structure, and evaluate strategic financing initiatives.
- Build and maintain sophisticated models across capital types.
- Assist in transaction execution: due diligence, valuation, documentation, investor materials, term sheet analysis.
- Collaborate with finance, legal, operations, and senior executives.
- Conduct in‑depth capital markets trend analysis.
- Drive high‑visibility special projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, asset management, private credit, or similar roles.
- Advanced analytical, quantitative, and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent financial modeling and valuation skills.
- High self‑sufficiency and strong organizational skills.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Base salary range: $115,000 – $168,000. Additional compensation includes discretionary bonus, equity awards, and benefits.
