Financial Planning Associate

Our client, a financial advisory firm, is looking to add a Financial Planner to their growing team.

This position will be based in Asheville, NC, requiring three days per week in the office with two work-from-home days.

$85,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

Annual Bonus

• Deliver comprehensive financial planning and wealth management strategies to high-net-worth individuals, including retirement, tax, estate, and risk management planning.
• Lead client discovery meetings and financial plan presentations, building long-term relationships rooted in trust, transparency, and fiduciary responsibility.
• Collaborate with internal investment, tax, and client service teams to ensure seamless implementation of financial plans and ongoing portfolio alignment with client goals.
• Mentor junior planners and associate advisors, providing training and oversight on plan development, compliance protocols, and client engagement best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year university.
• 2+ years of financial planning experience.
