In this entry‑level role you will work from home four days a week and spend one day at an Investor Center, supporting inbound calls, processing transactions, and preparing for a future as the face of Fidelity in our Investor Centers.

• Provide outbound and inbound customer support on behalf of Fidelity, answering questions about account balances, making withdrawals, transferring funds, and placing trades.
• Complete a personalized learning path to obtain the SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses fully paid and sponsored by Fidelity.
• Participate in on‑the‑job coaching, group and individualized study plans, and review classes.
• Apply newly acquired skills to increasingly complex customer interactions over time.

• First‑year onboarding with an industry‑leading training program while working home and in an Investor Center.
• Dedicated time each week for skill development, networking, and online classes.
• Progression to full‑time on‑site work in the Investor Center after completing training.

• High energy, enthusiasm, and a natural passion for helping people.
• Flexibility, self‑motivation, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Customer service experience (phone or in‑person) and a strong focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience.

• Eagerness to learn and develop a career in financial services.
