Remote Work-at-HomeWe are seeking a motivated and detail-focused Junior Accountant to join our finance team. This role is dedicated to supporting our Marketforce team. It is an entry-level position ideal for someone looking to grow their accounting career in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. Responsibilities include assisting with financial transactions, reconciliations, and reporting activities to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Responsibilities- Pulling daily and monthly reports for reconciliations across seven agencies.
- Reconciling payment trackers to ensure all payments are accurately posted.
- Identifying and resolving payment discrepancies.
- Processing payment returns and keying payments efficiently.
- Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial data.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma; some tertiary qualification in finance preferred.
- Proficiency in multitasking and self-directed work.
- Basic skills in Microsoft Word and PDF applications.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data analysis.
- Experience with payment reconciliations involving processors, banks, and systems of record.
- Trustworthiness and discretion.
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
- Willing to submit to background/security investigations and drug screening where applicable.
