Agency Bill Specialist - Remote

• Execute and manage various accounting transactions within the AMS system, including posting client payments and preparing reconciliations
• Communicate discrepancies between carrier/broker invoices and invoiced items to the servicing staff
• Ensure timely completion of tasks to prevent policy lapses due to non-payment
• Monitor and maintain correspondence with carriers/brokers regarding discrepancies and payment support
• Oversee assigned client receivable accounts to ensure timely collection of premium payments

• Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in property and casualty insurance brokerage operations is preferable

• Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel
