. This role is open for remote work within the United States and is seasonal and paid hourly with overtime eligible.

As an experienced seasonal tax professional, you will support our partners and investment clients by preparing partnership tax returns. You will collaborate with a high‑performing tax team and have the flexibility to work remotely.

• Review tax returns for partnerships, including K‑1 extraction data, federal and state partnership tax returns, and footnotes.
• Prioritize multiple complex projects with a strategic focus.
• Produce accurate technical writing and research in a tax context.
• Maintain effective communication within a virtual team environment.

• Strong prioritization and multi‑project management skills.
• Influencing skills and a curiosity to question existing processes.
• Experience reviewing K‑1 extraction data, footnotes, and partnership tax returns.
• Familiarity with taxable income allocations.
• Experience with corporate tax extension requests.
• Proficiency in technical writing and tax research.
• Comfort with remote work in a virtual team setting.

• Valid US Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license or active state bar membership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant investment or operating partnership tax compliance experience.
• Proven record of excellence in a professional services or tax organization.
• Knowledge of partnership tax technical and transactional skills.

• Proven record of excellence in public accounting at a top or mid‑tier firm.
• Experience with hedge funds or private equity funds.

• Hourly salary range: $90/hr to $120/hr individual salaries determined by education, experience, skills and geography.
