Berkshire Title Company is expanding our team and seeking an experienced
Freelance/Contract Title Processor licensed in
Florida to support our growing volume of closings. Although we are headquartered in New Jersey, we are fully licensed in both NJ and FL, and this role will focus primarily on
Florida title processing.

not disqualify you, as long as contract work is permitted by your employer.

We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable, and knowledgeable title processor to assist our team on a contract basis.
Responsibilities Include- End-to-end title processing for Florida files
- Ordering, reviewing, and clearing title
- Coordinating with HOAs, lien search companies, lenders, and agents
- Preparing CDs, settlement statements, and closing documents
- Managing tasks and communication within
Qualia - Ensuring accuracy, compliance, and on-time delivery for all files
- Providing exceptional communication and customer service
- Florida Title License required
- Minimum 2+ years of title processing experience
- Strong working knowledge of
Qualia - Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and problem-solve
- Exceptional attention to detail and professionalism
- Comfortable working remotely and communicating digitally
