Risk Manager – Riyadh
Full‑time hybrid role with remote work flexibility. The Risk Manager will oversee risk management strategies, assess potential risks, implement mitigation plans, and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.
Key responsibilities include identifying and evaluating financial, operational, and compliance risks, developing risk policies, monitoring risk exposure, and providing recommendations to enhance organizational resilience.
Qualifications- Risk Assessment and Management:
Strong analytical skills with experience creating risk management frameworks and policies. - Compliance and Regulatory Knowledge:
Expertise in financial regulations and familiarity with Saudi Central Bank requirements. - Analytical and Problem‑Solving
Skills:
Proficiency in identifying risks and implementing effective solutions. - Communication and Interpersonal
Skills:
Clear communication of complex topics and collaboration with stakeholders. - Advanced experience with financial modeling and data analysis tools is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; FRM certification advantageous.
- Proven ability to work independently and adapt to a hybrid work environment.
