Financial Manager, Financial Consultant
Partnering closely with Regional Bank leadership and cross‑functional partners, the Finance Segment/Region Liaison is responsible for continuous improvement on financial focus and performance expectations in an effort to deliver enhanced earnings to the organization.
Duties & Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive financial support to designated regional leadership teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategies.
- Prepare and present insightful financial summaries and performance analyses during monthly leadership meetings to drive informed decision‑making.
- Identify and evaluate financial improvement opportunities within supported regions, leveraging data‑driven insights to optimize profitability and efficiency.
- Act as a strategic financial partner to regional leadership, providing guidance and recommendations that enhance overall financial performance and support long‑term growth.
- Provide advanced, short & long‑term financial forecasting, budgeting, reporting and financial analysis support to identified region or business segment.
- May supervise a small staff and is expected to lead project workflow on a regular basis.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of financial analyst/analytics experience
- Financial Services experience strongly preferred
- Self‑motivated, forward‑thinking individual with a strategic mind‑set who can drive performance
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex material concisely and effectively across all layers of the organization
- Strong quantitative, analytical, critical thinking, and writing skills
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Exempt Status:
Yes (Not eligible for overtime pay)
Workplace Type:
Office. Certain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement. We’re combining the best of both worlds: in‑office and work from home. Specific work arrangements will be provided by the hiring team.
Compensation Range: $70,000–$140,000 Annual Salary. The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.
