Got a Processor? Great, but not a deal-breaker if not. Master of Conv, Gov, and Non-QM? You’re our kind of person. DU/LP? You gotta be fluent. Know Fannie/Freddie like the back of your hand? Perfect. Got a winning attitude? We don’t do losers here. Ready to build and lead a team? Leadership is a plus. Relentless work ethic? We hustle hard.

Teach file structuring? Educate like a boss.

• Serve as the go-to for structuring, teaching, and supporting loan officers, especially newly onboarded LOs (e.g., the 6 new LOs from the last 30 days).
• Run pipelines, snag leads, build relationships, and coach team members.
• Lead by example and contribute to building an unstoppable team under leadership.
• Collaborate with back-end operations to ensure smooth file processing and secure loan closings.

• Experienced Loan Officer with knowledge of conventional, government, and non-QM programs.
• Proficiency with DU/LP analyses.
• Strong familiarity with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines.
• Effective communicator with a track record of coaching and mentoring others.
• Willingness to work hard in a remote, fast-paced environment.
