This is a full-time Loan Processor position in a hybrid setting, based in Nashville, TN, with some flexibility for remote work. The Loan Processor will be responsible for managing loan applications from start to completion, including verifying documents, evaluating loan eligibility, coordinating with underwriters and lenders, and ensuring compliance with all lending regulations. Additional responsibilities may include maintaining communication with clients, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a smooth loan processing experience.

Salary starting out is 60k per year.

• Proficiency in reviewing and managing Loan Documents with a strong understanding of Loans and Loan Processing
• Experience in Underwriting processes to assess borrower eligibility and ensure compliance with lending criteria
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively coordinate with clients, lenders, and team members
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple loan applications efficiently
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment
• Prior experience in the real estate or financial services industry will be a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in finance or loan processing are advantageous
