Real Estate Investment Associate
Join our team at Data Annotation to train AI models. You will measure the progress of AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve the quality of each model.
Other related fields include Financial Accounting, Investment Banking, Wealth Management, and Insurance Planning.

- Project pay hourly starting at $50‑$60 USD per hour, with bonuses for high quality and volume
- Give AI chatbots diverse and complex problems and evaluate their outputs
- Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
- Detail‑oriented
- Proficient in financial analysis, modeling, data analysis, and other finance management reasoning exercises
- A current, in‑progress, or completed master’s or PhD is preferred but not required
Payment is made via Pay Pal. We will never ask for any money from you. Pay Pal will handle any currency conversions from USD. Only applicants in the United States will be considered for this role. This is an independent contract position.
