• Proven experience as a Mortgage Loan Processor.
• Knowledge of underwriting guidelines, compliance standards, and investor requirements
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume pipelines
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficiency with LOS platforms
• Self-motivated, detail-driven, and able to succeed both independently and collaboratively
