Bilingual Spanish Tax Expert - CPA, Enroll Agent or Practicing Attorney - Seasonal Remote

Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!

Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products, providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.

• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver the right answer to the customer in everyday language.
• Virtual, customer-facing role; use state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation; committed to enhancing the brand by delighting customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
• Excellent customer service skills; excited to interact with customers via video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

• Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
