Senior Strategic Financing Associate – Core Weave

About the RoleAs part of the new Strategic Financing team, you will work closely with executive leadership to evaluate and execute financing solutions that span debt, equity, leasing, and structured capital. Your work will drive capital strategy for data center expansion, next‑generation compute deployments, and continued growth of the AI industry.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, structure, and evaluate strategic financing initiatives to fund infrastructure investments, client contracts, and continued growth.
- Build and maintain sophisticated models across equity, debt, lease, and hybrid capital solutions, including scenario and sensitivity analysis to evaluate cost of capital and strategic fit.
- Assist in all phases of transaction execution support, including due diligence coordination, valuation, documentation, preparation of investor materials, and term sheet analysis.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders—finance, legal, operations, and senior executives—to ensure alignment and successful execution of deals.
- Conduct in‑depth analysis of capital‑market trends, investor appetite, peer benchmarking, and emerging structures to inform capital strategy.
- Drive high‑visibility special projects that propel the business forward.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or other business major (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, asset management, private credit, or similar roles.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to perform quantitative and qualitative analysis on new ideas and concepts.
- Excellent financial modeling and valuation skills, with a demonstrated track record of executing complicated financial analyses.
- High level of self‑sufficiency with a strong track record of learning independently.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem‑solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Compensation and BenefitsThe base salary range for this role is $135,000 to $198,000. Compensation is determined based on experience, market location, and candidate qualifications. In addition to base salary, the total rewards package includes discretionary bonus, equity awards, and comprehensive benefits.
